Murray and Floss
January 2nd, 2012
Murray and Floss in the garden. Two good looking dogs, a Sheltie and a little Japanese Spitz. Floss was quite a challenge to paint being all white.

Murray had lots of colour in his coat.

Coming Home Through The SnowDecember 31st, 2011 Walking home in the snow can be a wonderful thing. The world is quiet, blanketed in the crisp, fresh snow. The flakes fall softly all around you, everything is shrouded in grey but the lights ahead glow with the warmth and comfort of home.
Coming Home Through The Snow This winter scene is in St George’s Gardens in Central London. This is a 10×8 inch oil painting on board. American Bullmastiff Association Art AuctionSeptember 28th, 2011 I’ve been working hard to finish the paintings and prints for the American Bullmastiff Association art auction next month. Dax, Rocky and CJ at Bijoux Falls are on their way and hopefully they’ll help to raise much needed funds for bullmastiff rescue and health. Here they are…
Dax Box BunnySeptember 27th, 2011 Harry is really becoming a muse! Here he is crammed into a box. What is it with cats and boxes? They certainly have a thing for them and it seems, the smaller the better. A good box should be a tight fit or it’s not comfortable.
Harry likes the boxes my printer paper comes in. Sadly my paper is still in it! But I thought I’d paint him rather than turf him out as he just looked so good. I loved the paw just peaking over the edge. :-) This painting is available, just follow the link or email me if you’d like it. It is a 10×8 inch oil painting on board of Harry in his favourite squashed box! Here’s a close up of the painting.
Tudor StarAugust 18th, 2011 This beautiful horse is Tudor Star, cantering across the sands. He is a good looker and his coat is full of warmth and light. This painting is a 16×12 inch oil on canvas.
Tudor Star Sunny WindowJuly 18th, 2011 What could be nicer than sitting in a sunny window enjoying the heat of the sun? This is Kali, a beautiful Siamese cat, looking inscrutable, basking in the warmth of the window.
This is a 6×6 inch oil on board. YorkieJune 23rd, 2011 Here’s a small painting of a Yorkshire terrier on the beach. Although it a close up I loved the way the soft colour of the beach are reflected in his coat, the blues and lilacs and the sandy golds.
This is an 8×8 inch oil painting on board. Want to buy him? Pug In RedJune 17th, 2011 This is the handsome Dali again. I wanted to capture his profile and the dark red background makes a wonderful contrast with his coat. When you see this painting in the flesh (in the paint?) he seems to glow.
