Lovely Lucy likes to sit on a certain part of the stars where she can keep an eye on what’s going on. As she’s black you can’t easily see her except for two yellow eyes. I think she sits there because she looks good against the red background. :-) It doesn’t show well in photos but the reds are different shades, with some hot pink and orange through it
