I have been working on a new resin piece, this is a peacock butterfly on a 10×8 inch panel. They are such pretty butterflies, with their spectacular pattern of eyespots which evolved to startle or confuse predators, you can see where they get their name. :-) A great subject for a piece in resin and pigments.I love the way the resin looks like poured glass and the way the metallics sparkle through the piece.
